Job Description
We are seeking two dedicated and customer-focused Part-time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at MUJI Galeries. As a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
Assist with the regular replenishment of stock
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
